Jason I havean intel librate from the controller there are the three wires as described. White black and red. But from below are two blues a red a blacks green and a yellow?

What are you connecting it to?

The IntelliBrite Controller should be connected between the AC power supply and the high voltage side of transformer. Are you perhaps talking about the wires coming from the low voltage side of the transformer?
