Tested my water today and had 0 FC. Went to check the cell and when I unplugged it I found this:

So I'm guessing it's fried. Any idea what might have caused this?

OUCH... That doesn't look good and it's time for a new one.

A bad/dirty connection will cause the contacts to overheat, potentially causing damage like that.
