I have the opposite problem; there is NO "no flow" light when the pump is off. I removed the switch (yes, it was installed with the mark on the top) and tested it for continuity at the phone jack. There is none, even with the flapper held closed. This makes no sense at all to me....I tried cleaning the contacts with emery paper with no luck.
