Replace Jandy AquaPure 1400 Two Port Cell - Plumbing Help

Can I get some suggestions on replacing my Jandy 2 cell with the 3 cell? I think mine is finally biting the dust. I am not prolific at plumbing, and would like some suggestions on where i need to cut, what i need etc...

They didn't do you any favors with the pvc connections to the right of the cell. Maybe you can leave the cell alone but disconnect it electrically and then install the new cell in the vertical position in the line that is leading to the cell. I'm not sure if you have the room or not.

Someone that is more experienced with pvc might have the tools to remove the cell union and save the plumbing that you have.
