DEDICATED VACUUM LINE

I have a dedicated vacuum line that is pulling just a little bit of air, but when I hook up the vacuum hose to it the pump loses its prime and will not fill back up until I pull out the hose. Any advice.

You probably have a leak. The extra restriction from the vacuum line is causing increased suction and it draws in more air. Like trying to drink through a straw with a hole in the side.
