Thanks guys, trying to figure out what to cook this weekend! If you are interested you can watch a chef prepare this dish on youtube at the link below. Normally I just use kosher salt and pepper on steaks but I had this dish at a French Creole Restaurant in New Orleans several months back and fell in love with it. Bon Apetite!
