Look up the rated amps for your heat pump, which typically appears on a spec plate on the side of the heat pump. This will typically be a number like 40 or 50, though it might be anywhere from 30 to 80.
$ = amps * volts * hours / 1000 * cost/kwh. For your case, if we assume the amps number you got was 40, that gives you:
$ = 40 * 230 * 1 / 1000 * $0.102
or about $0.93/hour.
Real world costs will typically be lower, as the amp rating is usually peak usage, rather than average usage. This also assumes that the heat up is heating the entire time, and the pool never gets up to temperature.
