    Copper & Metal Testing

    Do the pool stores have the ability to test for metals in the water? Copper in particular.

    Freeform Gunite, 21K Gallons, Gray Plaster, 570 sq. ft., 106 Perimeter.
    Pentair- VS 3050, Intellichlor IC-40, 520 sq. ft Cartridge Filter, Intellibrite LED.

    Most of them can, but not all.

    Any Leslie's around here can.

    Testing for metals is one test that we recommend going to a pool store for. This is because basically, all you need is a "yes" or "no" answer and also, because purchasing a metals test kit is very expensive for the small amount of use you will need it for.
