IF and WHEN the weather ever gets warm enough to reopen the pool, we must invest in a new liner....orginal is now 15 yrs old and leaking badly. My question is...we live in NorthCentral Ohio and NEED someone else to install the liner. We have no time nor do I have the patience needed to accomplish this. If someone could suggest a person or atleast a way to find someone that would be awesome, I have no clue where to ever start looking.

If you don't get any suggestions on here - start at your local pool stores that sell pools asking them for their pool install companies that they use/refer folks to, and then start checking their references? Good luck
