How do you know that you have enough salt in the pool?
Sometimes that error will come on when the cell plates have gotten calcium scale on them. You should take a look at the cell plates and see if they have any white chalky residue on them.
I have had the same problem. First I found out I was getting an incorrect reading from expired strips. Since I got that straightened out I added salt I got 2 new readings of 3100 ppm. I cleaned the cells, sprayed them and soaked in vinegar. Still getting the reading.
Just wondering if anybody has had any experience with this issue.
