    gap in the coping

    is there a good silicone that I can use to seal about 1/2" gap between the pool and coping?
    chlorine pool
    15,500 gallons
    in-ground
    Pentair cartridge filter
    1 hp motor

    Where exactly is this gap? There is no gap between the pool and coping that is supposed to be there, that needs to be sealed.
    27' Round ABG (17,000 gal) - +/- 11 hours of full sun per day
    Hard plumbed Hayward Perflex EC-40 DE filter w/ 1 HP pump (Got a new one June 2015)
    Filered 4 hours per day (on a timer)
    Pentair Aqualuminator - now working - and now dead once again, this time for good.

    right above the pool tile.

    there are crickets that get in there and when we jump in the pool and water gets in, they jump out.

    You can use marine sealant 3M 5200 that stuff is the best, seals really well and is waterproof.

    15k Gal. ig Pool & Spa quartz plaster, Hayward super pump II 2.5 HP, Hayward 425 sf. cartridge filter,
    PS-4 Goldline automation, SWG(not working) using liquid chlorine now, Hayward 250k BTU propane spa heater.

    Yes, that is a good polyurethane caulk.

    Good deal, Was just looking at this myself as I need to do the same thing

    Maybe its me. Your sig says you have an above ground pool, but you have a tile wall ?
