Pinch valve location

Received my pinch valve today for use with the liquidator. Does anyone with one know if location makes a difference.

Yes, use it on the input side, after the LQ "ON/OFF" valve.
Also, if your LQ output valve is above your pool's water level (usually the case with with IG pools, not sure if you have AG), you can eliminate the LQ output check valve, for better flow.

Thanks, Did you eliminate the original flow gauge that came with the liquidator? And just to get it straight input towards the pool equipment. Not input towards the liquidator.
