Pump Motor is toast. 14 moths old Hayward Max Flow XP 2 speed 1hp

The pump has performed flawlessly until now. Any suggestions? replace motor or motor and pump. It's a nice little pump and I would hate to have to change plumbing to fit another brand.

Get a 2-speed version of the motor and put it on your existing pump
