We have gotten rain all day, and are supposed to get a total of 7-9 inches over the next three days. Should I check and treat during the rain or should I just wait till it is done and then go from there.

I always bump up Fc if I know a gully washer is coming. But if you get a slack period, rubber boots, an umbrella, and a jug of bleach (or two) are your friend!
