Please help. We filled our new 33,000 gallon pool with city water immediately after white plaster with blue quartz was installed. The night of the plaster and fill we got 7 inches of rain. The next morning noticeable brown stains (looks like dirt not metal) appeared almost everywhere. The PB told us to brush twice a day to remove. We brushed way more than twice a day trying to remove but they are everywhere. We are now 12 days out. They have tried adding acid and chlorine but no help at all. Any suggestions? The PB says the next option is to drain and acid wash which we are hoping to avoid. We had to rent a water truck to haul the water so the cost is about $3000 that we would like not to have to spend again, but don’t want our brand new white pool stained brown. Thanks for all the help. The water is crystal clear.
