Pool dimensions are 30'x16' with the tanning ledge about 5.5' wide, going from 3.5' to 6' deep. The tanning ledge has two bubblers installed that have a lighted ring around the bottom. Yes that is just one LED.

Mine had a final payment due before plaster, I do not remember the % as we had made some other changes so it was less than originally agreed to. I can tell you if I had realized that I would have requested it be changed to after plaster and preferably after start up, dumb oversight on my part...

Hopefully one last set of photos before plaster, forecast is showing 30% going up to 80% chance of rain tomorrow so we'll see.

Should also have mentioned, I will be serving some eviction notices to the three turtles that have taken up residence in the pool. Don't worry we will relocate them back to the pond across the street where I suspect they came from.
