10 yr warranty from PB covering structural damage 3 yr warranty on equipment 15 yr warranty from Wetedge covering plaster/interior finish

Also, plastering is using Wetedge satin small pebble surface - which gives 15 year warranty. Do you folks have any thoughts on it? Anything else I should be looking at?
