The 4 wires that are completely detached go to the wireless control transmitter. The green and yellow wires I left attached as per your directions. Those two wires and the red and black that are detached go to the easytouch load center SCQ surge board (see attached photo)

Hi Jim. The new chips worked like a charm and the 3amp relay no longer trips and the lights on the salt chlorinator ic20 light up. BUT, the variable speed pump will not turn on using the easy touch. When I go to settings for the inteliflo pump on the control panel is says NO COMM. Any ideas...

Haven’t moved into the house yet, but I do recall it having drain grates up on the decking. Thanks for pointing that out! Probably a huge contributor to the erosion.

Great advice- thank you cowboy and CJ. Would a French drain (with drain that sits above the equipment slab) that empty’s into lake be a good idea to prevent future erosion after doing the dirt and rocks?

I’m fixing to acquire this mess of a pool equipment slab. What kind of repair does this need? Looks like a good amount of erosion taking place with yard. Perhaps patch work on bottom of slab and then compacted soil brought in and secured with posts driven into ground (small retaining wall)...
