Looking for someone who is parting out a Pentair/Maytronics Warrior SE / Prowler 920

Morning everyone I have a Pentair Warrior SE pool cleaner (aka Maytronics 920 aka Prowler 920 aka 'Dory our robot pool cleaner'). She works fine, and has been living a comfortable life in and out of our new pool for the past almost 3 years. The blue power cord is starting to break down in...

Seasoned owner, new pool, can't get CL to rise with SWG

I put in 2 gallons of 12.5% around dinner time last night. Pulled a sample an hour or two later. OCLT: Thursday night: 23.5 Friday morning: 6 How is that possible? How can I lose THAT much? No visible algae. I’ve never had a OCLT like that.

You’re right. My mistake. Got a Taylor result of 80 for TA. Updated original post

Seasoned owner, new pool, can't get CL to rise with SWG

Understood. The test results were mine, plus one line from Leslie’s. I’m a 100% Taylor test kit user. I just wanted validation that I wasn’t losing my mind.

Seasoned owner, new pool, can't get CL to rise with SWG

Hi TFP team. I'm back after 6 months of construction - tore out the old 1975 concrete behemoth pool, and built the pool & spa of our dreams. We couldn't be happier, other than the long time it took to build :) New pool is approx 25k gallons, plaster, cartridge filters, and my previously used...

New pool build, trying to save a few $

Thanks for the insightful replies everyone. After much debate and thought I realized that if I’m paying out the nose for a new pool/backyard/everything, an extra thousand or two to make the entire situation 100% turnkey and let someone else handle warranty claims is well worth it. After warranty...

New pool build, trying to save a few $

Howdy y’all. From my post history you’ll see that I currently have a 1974 plaster pool with a variety of weird issues over the years. Well the spouse and I have decided to go the full Monty and rip it out and build a killer pool that we can use year round. So in the interest of saving a few $...

Best Places to Buy Liquid Chlorine

Highly recommend you buy the 7 gallon aquatainers on Amazon and have them fill those. Better handle, a spout, and obviously holds more. The 5 gallon containers they sell spill everywhere when I try to pour from them. They’re awful. But yeah, <$2/gallon for fresh 12.5% is impossible to beat.

    Horrible coping

Howdy all We have a mid 1970’s pool with concrete/aggregate coping which is obviously showing 40+ years of erosion. It’s like 40 grit sandpaper and is constantly ripping up our kids’ skin. We’re going to do a pool renovation in a few years, but in the meantime, what can we do? Is there a...

Circupool RJ-60 install pictures & process

After months of research, I purchased and installed a Circupool RJ-60 SWG last weekend. I researched and compared pretty much every brand, but Circupool continuously stood out in terms of warranty, chlorine generation, installation ease, and price. There was also no warranty penalty for...
