it is not from the "splash", very weird. my friend just bought the house and the seller credit 5000$ for the "issue" (we still don't know what the issue is) but i guess we will have to find out ... The pool inspection in the disclosures didn't even mentioned it...

Without the ability to inspect, what do you think is the problem with this pool? cost of fixing?

This is what i have: Sense and Dispense (HL-CHEM), Ph Dispense System (AQL-CHEM3) I have it for one session, I came to trust the system in a way that i check FC once a week and PH once every 2-3 weeks just to double check the probes are doing their jobs. So far no issues, it keeps the PH at 7.5...

That looks great! from a quick look i don't see how i connect that system to the Aquarite pro to control the salt generator, any ideas?

Thanks Matt. The funny part is that Hayward ask (in the manual) for the CYA level to be 70. I want this thing to work not only for the money i already spend but because i like gadgets :-) The PH automation is perfect and I hope I could make the ORP work the same. Hayward said to lower the ORP...

After the treatment my phosphates are 0. Lets see how it will affect the ORP readings.

So i am having issues with the ORP sensor in my sense and dispense system. The OPR doesn't make sense sometimes it is showing 600 when the fc is 12 and 630 when the fc is 3. So i contacted Hayward support, they asked me for the pool test result which i gave them CYA = 70 pH = 7.5 TA = 110 CH...

Maybe you should dilute the acid in the tank more and increase the flow.

Get a solar skimmer

AFAIK acid injection should come after the SWG and after the flow switch, or you will lose the warranty of your SWG and flow cell. Basically the acid should be the last thing in the chain.

Run the pump for 24 hours and brush the bottom of the pool let the salt dissolve before you test levels.
