After the treatment my phosphates are 0. Lets see how it will affect the ORP readings.

Maybe you should dilute the acid in the tank more and increase the flow.

Get a solar skimmer

AFAIK acid injection should come after the SWG and after the flow switch, or you will lose the warranty of your SWG and flow cell. Basically the acid should be the last thing in the chain.

Run the pump for 24 hours and brush the bottom of the pool let the salt dissolve before you test levels.

Is your salt level correct and what is your CYA level? for SWG it needs to be 70-80 for everything to work.

I have the rainbow 320 installed (new pool) i want to replace it with a Stenner 45MHP10. Can i use the injection input already in use with the rainbow 320 with the Stenner? or do i need to redo it? I have an Ecommand 4 with a VS pump, how to i connect the Stenner to the Ecommand 4 for power...
