Okay finally had a good test. Added 60 oz of the new bottle of chlorine this morning and still tested some chlorine tonight! Just need to get used to the daily amount now so we’ll see how it goes tomorrow. FC - 2 CC - .5 PH - 7.5 TA - 100 CH - 400 CYA - 40

I performed the test per the instructions and the water level was at 25 when I could no longer see the black mark on the bottom. I added 30 oz of stabilizer.

That sounds like a recipe for disaster! I’m sure they’ll be more than happy to do less work. Lol. I’ll be sure to test before they come so I can at least tell them the starting point.

Previous I added 36 oz a few times which should have moved it up. This time I added 50 oz and just tested and finally have chlorine present. Generally speaking how often should I have to add chlorine (in this pre-SWG time)? Is it a daily thing?
