I am SLAMing to start the season. Opened the cover to a pretty clear pool. Vacuumed up the minimal debris.
Pre SLAM testing:
CYA: 60
TA: 70
pH: 7.4
Trying to keep FC at 24 to SLAM. When I do repeat water testing to keep up the FC my CC has consistently been CC: 0.
My OCLT results have been 1.5.
Do I just keep up the SLAM until I get a difference of exactly 1 or less?
Also, when I do a repeat test for FC a few minutes later to confirm my results, I often get a variation of 1 or so. What is the +/- factor for accuracy in these readings?
POOL: 7600 above ground, cartridge filter, SWG
