PoolMath Subscription Not Working

If you're experiencing issues with your PoolMath subscription, such as the app not recognizing your active subscription or encountering errors, follow the steps below to resolve the problem.

Steps to Fix Subscription Issues

Restore Your Subscription

  1. Open the PoolMath app.
  2. Access the slide-out menu by clicking the icon in the upper left corner.
  3. Select Upgrade to Premium.
  4. Tap the Restore Subscription button.

Note: You will not be charged again for this action. It simply revalidates your subscription with the app store.

Log Out and Log Back In

  1. In the PoolMath app, go to Settings.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Log Out.
  3. Close the app completely.
  4. Reopen the app and log back in with your credentials.

Ensure the App Is Up to Date

  1. Open your device’s app store (App Store for iOS or Google Play Store for Android).
  2. Search for PoolMath.
  3. If an update is available, download and install it.
