What would you add if these were your test results?

CSI per Pool Math is -.36
Water Temp 76 degrees

My pH tends to drift up, so i have to hit with acid every couple of weeks. TA is slighly low...would you address it, or leave it alone?

CSI -- i really have no idea...according to Pool Math I'm good, but I see posts on the forums that indicate a more narrow range than the -.6 to .6 that Pool Math shows.

If this were your pool, what would you do, if anything?

Nothing! Jump in. :swim: Let the pH climb slightly for now since the water is still chilly. That will help the CSI for now. If your water is moderately hard like mine, your CH will climb later. Once the water temp increases (soon) your CSI will as well. You're in good shape.

FYI - No need to get too wrapped-up on CSI. But when you use PoolMath, an ideal range for you would be -0.3 to 0. But if it moves outside that either way for a short period, you're still okay.
