FC, PH and how often to add acid

Hello - I know that I am in a good spot based on the FC/CYA chart on TFP - but I am curious what everyone's preferred FC and CYA is for an SWG. I have been keeping my CYA at around 80 and Chlorine I am shooting for 8-8.5. I am wondering if I should go lower on the CYA and have around 70 with the same level of FC? The reason I am asking is that the recent rain lowered my CYA so if I am going to make a change now would be the time to do it Like I said, I know that either way, I am in good with respect to TFP recommendations - but I am just curious about what other SWG people keep their ratios at. I'm in AZ (land of 100+ temps) - I keep my CYA at 70-80 and FC in the 8-10 range.

If your CYA drops and you notice the FC seems to burn off faster, just up the CYA back to your preferred number of 80.
