Moved from here.. Under diving board solar reel.

I too am looking for something like this. Same pool size; our diving board is a standard 6' platform board. I'm concerned that with the cover reeled up on the reel there won't be sufficient clearance for the board to operate without hitting. Thanks!

A little more info on your pool may help to get some suggestions. Pool length, height from coping to bottom of diving board, thickness of solar cover, etc. Maybe pics of the pool will help.

Have you considered placing the reel just past the diving end of the board and then moving the reel to the back side of the board or another location when you are wanting to use the pool?
