My pool timer has not been working. I have put new "dogs" (on an off trippers). The rotaries in the back seem to be moving. The dial doesn't seem to move. if I set it on six o'clock. It still stays there and doesn't move. Please help me to trouble shoot. Do I need to replace it. I have to go away in nine days. I'm afraid I will come back to a green pool. Please advise.
