Tiger Shark only move forward won't reverse

I have TigerShark QC that will only move forward. It won't reverse. Climbs pool wall and stays at the top like a spider clinging to a wall. I changed the drive belts, checked all the wheels. Water is moving well through the impeller. Unit is 11 yrs old, but in NY, only use it 3 months a year. The filters are clean, no debris anywhere. Could it be pin block? Looks ok to me, but I'm not an expert. Or could it be some motor, computer sensor problem? Any suggestions/ideas greatly appreciated. This is my second Tiger Shark in 25 yrs.

I am having the same issue. Is it the power supply that controls this function? The unit goes forward with no issues at all and cleanse well and scales the walls just fine.
