The Intex 24 x 12 x 52 Rectangular Ultra Frame Pool

Hello Everyone.. I bought recently The Intex 24 x 12 x 52 Rectangular Ultra Frame Pool .. Im from Mexico.. so this weekend we set up the pool.. first of all we tought the cement was level.. we filled the pool and we found that some part is a little unlevel].. so when u swim in a corner the water goes down.. what can I do??

1. drop some water?
2. trying to rise the pool and put a block or a piece of wood??

Thanks... Im dealing with this and... unfortunally I cant find silica sand here in my city.. Do I start using chlorine tabs and shock treatment??

How far out of level is it? It may not be a big deal.

mmm I really dont know mmm maybe 4 inches?? I mean one side its okay in the blue mark.. and the other in the midle of the white side

I think I will have to wait and more people enter to the pool and goes down to be equal from the side that is dropping.
