I had to drain my 50,000 gallon pool to address my Paramount floor cleaning system. After fixing that and starting to refill pool, I noticed a 2" tear starting from under the main drain cover which sits in thd middle of the 8 foot deep end floor. Theres only about 8" of water in the pool now so I stopping filling and want to execute the repair. Water is a bit murky but I can make out things.

How do I execute this repair? I don't see screw heads on the main drain cover but I'll look closer tomorrow.

I'm also getting a bit of groundwater pressure but not much. Liner was lifted about 6 inches at bottom around main drain which probably caused the tear. Liner did not leak last year but it's definitely at least 10 years old.

Thanks....

Armed with a liner patch kit, you should see a couple screws that hold the drain cover in place. Once removed, you should have access to everything in that area. If not, post back and let us know. Good luck!
