Taylor K 2006C

Hi , this is hard to find in Ontario. However, I found someone online looking to sell new for $200 CAD. Any suggestions on what I should look for to make sure its legit?

I wouldn't pay until you see the kit in front of you. When you see the kit, check the following things:

1. Expiration date on bottles. You don't want the kit if it's not good at least for a year.
2. The K-2006C should have bigger bottles (2oz bottles) of all reagents instead of 3/4oz. K-2006 is identical, but smaller bottles, and can be bought on amazon.ca right now for $147.
3. Make sure it has the FAS-DPD test still inside. (R-0870 powder and R-0871 yellow top dropper)

Ok , great that is very helpful. I noticed that this kit doesnt test phosphates. How do you test for that?

Also, can I just purchase taylor k 2005c and taylor fas-dpd 2oz refill kit? Wouldnt this combo be identical to taylor k 2006C?

In general you don't really need to, but it's possible. You should read the wiki on Phosphates here.
