SuperPump Wiring Diagram

Looking for a wiring diagram for a Hayward SuperPump.
It has a GE 1.5 HP 2-speed motor on it, but the model # is unreadable.
Other specs on the motor:
230V, SFA - 9.2/2.9, Amp? 6.9/2.6
This is all I can read off of the label.

There really ought to be a wiring diagram on the motor, separate from the specs. The same pump can come with different motors, with slightly different wiring, so one normally goes by the diagram on the motor.
