Substitute for CR009

We ran out of CR009 (Sulfuric Acid), can you substitute CR005(Acid Demand), and what is the drop ratio?

This is a pool where it must be tested several times per day, while waiting for the CR009 to come in, we could use the CR005, seems to work, but I don't think the drop ratio is the same....
 
Ah... I see. The reason I'm a little baffled is that down here, its just "R-009". That "CR" kinda threw me. Perhaps that is Taylor's specific Canadian reagents?? I dunno?!


I'm sorry I don't know anything about substitutions but I bet Taylor does.... give 'em a call. Let us know what they say and we'll learn from you!

Makes sense. Some of the differences are the concentration which wouldn't be appropriate in the tester you have. Did they explain the nomenclature having the "C".... is that the Canadian version??
