The plastic spa pop-up fountain in the middle of my spa won't go down. This seems to be a plastic on plastic friction issue. Any advice on lubricant or other tricks to get this working properly? Thanks.
PS - Please excuse the plaster coloring. It's a disaster. This is a 1-year old pool and the contractor acid washed it.
