Solana RX anyone?

I have a Solana RX (Hot Springs Spa) and am replacing the pump for the second time in 10+ years. (Learning seal replacement techniques to stop future failures)

I disconnected the pump many months ago and ordered an aftermarket that fits. My issue is two unconnected poly hoses one 1/4" with clamp the other 1/2" without. There is another 1/4" poly with clamp connected to the pipe that connects the pump return to the heating unit. I can find no connection for the two lose hoses and unfortunately I no longer have the old pump unit to see if there was a hose barb attached.

I know there is an optional sanitation unit for this spa and seem to remember these may be to plumb this unit if installed.

Anybody familiar with this spa and the hoses inside? I guess I could begin to fill the small spa and see if the water flows from them. Any ideas? Anybody have access to a Solana RX plumbing diagram?

Thanks.

So no replies, I guess the spa side of this forum does not get the traffic that the pool side does. Well I am posting the resolution to this issue for future reference.

The 1/4" hose with the clamp does connect to the intake on the wet end of the spa pump via a threaded hose barb that replaces one of the drain plugs. I have learned that this hose insures the pumping unit is never dry or "air locked" as long as there is water in the spa as it flows from the bottom of the spa to the intake of the pump.

I had replaced the pump just prior to moving and discarded the old pump during the move. After moving the spa and replacing the pump I realized I had not saved the barb so had to order another. So all set now and ready to get my spa up to temp before winter arrives.
