So I bought a 50lb bag of soda ash, not that I need that much, it was pretty cheap. Transferred into 5 lb jugs. How should it be stored? Does heat effect it like chlorine? Does other chemicals like acid (muriatic, cyanuric) have issues nearby?

SDS states:

Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Keep containers tightly closed when not in use. Inspect regularly for deficiencies such as damage or leaks. Protect against physical damage. Protect from direct sunlight, moisture and static discharges

I would add to keep it separately to any acids or acid based compounds you may have. General rule keep powders above liquids. The product will clump in response to humidity. It may be a good idea to get a good air tight drum for the bulk storage.
