I have a slow leak when the pump is running at the return fitting. It is where the return pipe goes over the return. In the pic, the leak is to the right if the hose clamp. For a temporary hopeful fix I am going to try a second hose clamp. What would be a better permanent solution?
If you don't want to hard pipe it you can also add teflon tape around the fitting and a 2nd hose clamp. That's what I did and it works great. Also, you can use a nut driver to screw the hose clamps extra tight. Don't tighten as hard as you physically can in case it cracks. Much better than using a flat head screwdriver
