Raypack Heater Stuck On Spark

We installed a heater last August. I covered the heater during the winter to protect it.
Went to turn it on today and everything appears fine but it just gets stuck on “Spark” and doesn’t ignite.
I can hear it making the usual clicking sounds trying to ignite.

Make sure that your gas line valve is open, and the valve in the heater is set to ON (you need to remove the front cover to get to the valve).

Yeah, I made sure all the gas valves are open. Took off the front cover and the switch is set to “On”.

Ive also tried unplugging it for 60 seconds and resetting the breaker.

How long did you let it spark? Mine took about a minute or a minute and a half for the gas to get to the unit.

Mine shuts off after trying to ignite after 60 seconds. Must be some type of a safety.

I think I cycled mine 3 times (off/on) before it fired.
