Raccoons using pool edge/pump as party place

I have an AGP with a deck around 1/3 of it. The raccoons are leaving many very muddy foot prints all around the pool edge and on the pump and pluming. I have put water out for them (a kiddie pool) off to the side of my pool so they have water (it’s been very dry) and that does not help. I have hung wind chimes and hanging things that move in the wind and that doesn't work. I have a motion activated light and they could care less. Does anyone have suggestions for a raccoon deterant?

Maybe a motion activated audible alarm that’s really annoying? Pepper?
Otherwise, Removal & relocation via trapping. To At least 10 miles away.
They’ve found it & they like it so they won’t “unfind” it unfortunately.
Or get a dog to guard your pool? Even that might not work.
Raccoons are crafty & brazen - our friend caught some on camera getting in the dog food. They simply threw some food to the dog first to keep him busy while they plundered the rest! For reference it is a quite large doberman.

Tough problem.

Some have had luck with a motion detector sprinkler. Spiky mats around the pool might work as well.
