Practical help fixing leaks

Hello all - I was able to acquire a 2004 Tiger River Spa Hot Tub. Prior to having it put on my patio, I had it checked by a local company. They put it in their shop, cleaned it, and ran it. At that time, they did not detect any leaks. After it was moved to my house, and we began using it, we quickly noticed a minor leak. From my research, the big challenge with this tub, is the places where there would likely be a leak, are only accessible from the bottom of the tub (not very convenient for troubleshooting) I did some troubleshooting on the leak. The hot tub has two buttons, "Jets 1" and "Jets 2" I have determined this leak only occurs when I run "Jets 1", so easy enough to not run that Jet as often if we don't want it to leak.

Fast forward to about a month ago, the hot tub has a new leak, that appears to leak at all times, as we are not using the tub at all right now.. Again, the leak is slow, but the water is pooling just outside the tub in a different area from where the first leak migrated to.

I am going to open up the control panel area (which is near the water pooling for this new leak) and check if I can see an obvious source of the leak from what is accessible. If I don't see anything obvious, I am not sure where to go from here.

One thing I will admit, is that after 6 months of being very diligent about spa chemicals, I got lazy, not testing as often, and not measuring chemicals I was adding, just estimating. Over the last 3-4 months, it is quite possible I could have had way too high FC for a period of time, or adding too much acid and dropped pH below 7, etc...

If anyone has a practical recommendation for how to fix leaks, given the impractical notion that I can only access most of my tub from the bottom, I am all ears. Some miracle product that finds it way through the system and magically fills all minor leaks would be sweet!

Thank you all in advance!

Have you opened up the panels and checked the lines inside there? It might be as simple as a hose problem. Pumps can leak too, but if you haven't yet inspected using a flashlight you won't know. Leaks can be found around pillows, or lights...gaskets might need replacing if it sat empty and the gasket dried out.
