New build just completed. We have 2 blowers one for spa jets and one for pool spa jets. 12 jets in spa 6 in the pool. The pool spa jets are putting air bu bles into the pool when the blower is off. This doesn't happen with the spa. .contractor says that is normal because the number of jets and he is good with itas long as we get air when the blower is running. This doesn't seam normal to me. Any info would be appreciated John

Venturi jets will sometimes draw in air on their own without a blower. In fact, if designed properly, jets shouldn't actually need a blower to draw in air. PBs often use blowers as insurance to make sure there are bubbles in the jets rather than taking the time to design the plumbing properly.
