Pool heater leaking

Hi all, I just had my first inground salt water pool installed and as I continue to try and figure out the chemistry roller coaster, we had a few chilly days in NJ so the heater kicked in. As I went over the equipment pad I noticed it was all wet. Great installer screwed it up. But after a Google search, this seems to be normal...but is this much normal? It was 915am and had been running for only 15 min outside temp was in low 80s and it was starting to feel a bit humid at the time of this video.

You can test the "leak" water with a test kit and see if it is pool water. It should match the test readings from the pool. I am suspecting that it is condensation from cold water running thru the heater and drawing the exhaust temp down too far. Once natural gas exhaust temp goes below 150 deg f it will condensate.

My heat pump sweats buckets at times. It looks the same as a flood but isn’t. You’re probably ok but test the water like @danpik said. :)
