Pentair Racer will not move

I have a Pentair racer that is a little less than 3 years old. It does not have LS on the side. It will not go forward or backward. Water shoots out the back jet, the back wheels move freely. The front wheels you can move with your hand and see the gears engage. Any help is appreciated on troubleshooting. I did take it apart and made sure the hoses were not clogged.

I know this isn't exactly the same problem, but perhaps something to go on if you are still having problems.

Pentair Racer does not do reverse cycle. Pauses instead. Getting stuck in corners.
