PENTAIR IC20 to IC40

My son has a pentair suntouch system and an IC 20 that has bit the dust and he wants to upgrade to an IC40. I looked through the manual but I can’t find any info if this can be done with the existing equipment/power center. So 1, can he do this and 2, does he need to change any system settings. I have a Hayward system and know you have to change the chlorinator setting if you change to a different cell.

The IC 20/40/60 are interchangeable, with no settings changes needed. Mine took 10 minutes to swap from the front porch, unboxing and walking out back to do it. 2 unions and the twist lock power cord and you're good to go.
