Hello! So glad to have the winter cover off!
Pool crystal clear thanks to you TFP!
Opening test results:

FC. 5. (Raised FC a little over the last month)
CC. Much less than .5
PH. 7.2. (That’s pretty usual)
TA. 40
CYA. Zero.
Pool temp 56 degrees

So should I add 45 Oz baking soda by volume. To raise TA to 60?
Slowly. Not all at once.

And add 50 oz by volume of stabilizer to raise CYA to 30
Slowly not all at once.

Are last years testing chemicals from TFP still good?
Does the pool temp affect any of the tests besides the CYA. I warmed up the water for that.

Just double checking before I do anything....
Thank you!

Yes, all at once is fine. 60 is a good goal.

And add 50 oz by volume of stabilizer to raise CYA to 30
All at once is fine.

Increase the FC to about 6 or so for now and consider an Overnight Chlorine Loss Test if you later suspect algae, develop cloudiness, or excessive FC loss in a 24 hr period. Welcome back to another season. :swim:
