I came by this site as I began seeking help on (re)painting concrete coping - excited to find it so helpful! We purchased our home, with a vinyl lined pool 20 years ago and are now on our 4th replacement liner. Ten years ago we opted to replace the typical white liner coping with a one foot concrete border that was colored much lighter than we’d hoped. Since then we’ve had it stained by a professional every 2-3 years. The color does not compliment the new liner choice - hence the need to repaint. We are considering a DIY project and need to be armed with as much information from others’ experience as we can absorb
