I’ve ordered my TFT testing kit and hoping it won’t be too hard to figure out! I am also thankful I have found this website and hoping we have less frustration with keeping a beautiful clear pool!

Welcome aboard. I’m also in middle TN and was clueless about caring for a pool 15 months ago. I ordered the recommended kits, read every article in Pool School (some multiple times), got the PoolMath app, asked some very amateur questions on here, and did as I was told. I now know my pool and what it takes to successfully maintain it. Knowledge is the key and this place will set you on the right path.
I’m also a new pool owner. From East TN. I’m trying to learn as much as I can and this site for sure is great!
