Need Some Big Deck Rugs

We just bought 3 big rugs for our deck. The problem is they release this white powder? I pressure washed them and they dried and still
when you pat them, you get a talcum powder shower. I want some thin ones but I don't want them holding water. Any suggestions?
 
Sorry you haven't gotten a response. Seems like they are not "outdoor rugs," as releasing a white powder sounds like degradation of a rubber backing...which would not be on outdoor rugs.

You might search for outdoors rugs. I did, and bought some, they have lasted 3 seasons.
