need help with Leaks

just installed a new Jacuzzi pump in replacement of my old Pentair Whisperflo. There are few mechanical things that worry me.
1) air bubbles at all pressure side eyeballs outlet
2) dripping slow at the waste port regardless where the position of the of diverter valve. I currently set it at re-circulation position.
3) I hear air hissing sound if I set the diverter valve position at filter and water dripping come out at waste port at a stream drip. is this mean the gasket inside the diverter valve gone bad? or something else?
3) Water leak at the diverter valve pipe plumping and at the off-line chlorinator connection point (known since last year). how do I patch these leaks? especially at the pvc join at diverter valve.
4) when I turn the pump off, the water level in the pump basket dropping down slowly (visually see it drop). if the system is tight the water level should not drop right? Last year, with a know leak at the chlorinator, the old pentair whisperflo water in the basket not drop when I turned off the pump. the different this year is new Jacuzzi pump and the hissing air and waster come out of the diverter valve waste port.

What should I do about these mechanical problems?

I found the problem with my air leak. there is a coupler between the 3 way diverter valve and the pump inlet that isn't glue in very well. i cut off the section and re plump.

I talk too soon. at high rpm 3000rpm, the is small amount of bubbles fine bubbles in the basket. as I decrease the the rpm down to 2000rpm and below, the air pocket start to get bigger. i think problem still exist after I glue the leak coupler.
